blind girl working with braillenotetouch

The word ‘blindness’ refers to a very diverse group of people who have either suddenly or gradually, completely or almost completely, lost their sight, either at birth or due to illness, an accident or trauma.

Not being able to see  causes many stumbling blocks in everyday life: personal care, access to information, hobbies and social contact, doing your shopping etc. Elderly who become blind after a long illness are often even more vulnerable. For example, learning braille is often too big a challenge later in life. However, whatever the cause (ageing, illness, congenital), a visual impairment makes you less independent. We can provide you with the aid that maximizes your independence & self-confidence.

Testimonials

"I was so impressed at the open house: the highly professional approach, the team spirit, the kindness and gentleness. The very clear and honest information and explanations that we received made a strong impression, not to mention the hearty welcome with pancakes and a cup of coffee. I'll be happy to spread the word! Great job! Keep it up!"
