Nothing is standard here. Neither our customers, nor our products. Our visual acuity consultants tailor everything to the customer. Personal contact is our main priority. Their expertise, close collaboration with recognised low vision centres and associations, and good contact with various institutions allows us to always provide a tailored solution.

We have a wide range of solutions. Be sure to learn about all the possibilities. Our consultants work with you to find the aid that will optimally utilise your remaining sight and one which you will feel comfortable using. They also answer any questions you have about how you can request compensation.

We also regularly organise demo and open days at various locations throughout the country, including our three offices (Jabbeke, Hoevenen and Jambes). We also attend trade fairs and participate in initiatives organised by associations. These events provide the perfect opportunity for you to try out our extensive collection and latest products with the support of one of our experienced consultants. During these demo days, we are open from 10:30am to 4pm. Entry is always free.

If you have mobility problems or if travelling is difficult, don’t hesitate to contact us to make an appointment at your home. We want to spend as much time as possible with you during a personal consultation at one of our permanent demo spaces, so we ask that you make an appointment in advance.
