Kurzweil 3000 voor Chromebook

K3000 for Android officially published

Kurzweil 3000 Mobile for Android is an app for visually impaired (e.g. dyslexic) people. The app can read documents (KES-format) out loud on recent Chromebooks, smartphones and other Android devices.

Kurzweil 3000 Mobile for Android is the mobile extension of the Dutch version of the original Kurzweil 3000. Using Kurzweil 3000 Mobile requires a Kurzweil 3000 v14 Dutch for PC (or higher) license.

Voices from your device are being used for reading your texts out loud. Extra voices can be added after purchasing them on the Google Play Store.
You can follow the lines and words more easily through the markings in the text, while it is being read.

A supporting Chromebook with all the requirements is needed if you want to use Kurzweil 3000 Mobile for Android on Chromebook properly.
Consult the list with Chromebooks that support Android applications.

How to use?

Download the application in the Play Store for free and log in with your personal Kurzweil 3000 username and password. Make sure to get the KES-file on your recent android device and open the file through the application.

Read the entire manual.
