When you buy items via Sensotec’s webshop, the following delivery costs will be charged. For products that only consist of a download (such as software), no delivery costs are charged.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive, the consumer has the right to a ‘cooling-off period’ when they purchase items online. Sensotec has a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days following the delivery of the product. During this period, a product can be returned without needing to give a reason. The customer must pay the postage costs involved in returning the product. If a delivery is refused at the door, we will charge for the costs we have incurred, i.e. the delivery costs.
If you are having second thoughts about a purchase you made via this website and want to return the product, do this as soon as possible. Since the risk and expense of delivery always lies with the sender, you must ensure the parcel is packaged properly and has a correct amount of postage (post that does not have sufficient postage will be refused by Bpost). If the returned goods have been received in good condition, in the original packaging and unused, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 30 days. To ensure quick processing, always include a copy of the purchase invoice, and mark it as a ‘cancellation’ and include your bank account number.

For audio, video and data carriers and software, the right to return items is nullified when the seals are broken or the packaging is opened. The right to return items does not apply to the delivery of goods that have been ordered or customised especially for the customer, or to purchase agreements that arise from auctions.
